These are the terms you agree to when you book. They are written to be read rather than to be impenetrable. If you disagree with any of it, tell me before you book.

Services

Online trichology consultations and a written summary, as described on the consultations page. Not medical care.

Booking and payment

Fees are shown in euro on the consultations page and are taken in full at the time of booking, by card via Stripe. The price you see is the price you pay, with any applicable taxes included.

Cancellation and rescheduling

More than 48 hours’ notice: reschedule free or take a full refund. Between 24 and 48 hours: reschedule free once, after which 50% of the fee is held. Less than 24 hours, or not arriving: the fee is held, though it will usually be waived if something serious has happened. The full policy is on the consultations page.

If a consultation isn’t appropriate

If it becomes clear that you also need medical assessment, the consultation still goes ahead: you receive the full assessment, the written summary and clear referral guidance. Needing a doctor as well as a trichologist is common and does not mean the appointment was wasted.

What I am and am not responsible for

I will give you my honest professional opinion, based on what you tell me and what I can see. I cannot guarantee an outcome, and nothing on this website or in your written summary should be read as a promise of one.

Trichology is not medical care. My advice does not replace assessment, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified medical practitioner, and it is not a substitute for seeking medical help when you need it. If I recommend that you see a doctor, please see one.

You remain responsible for your own health decisions, including whether to act on anything I suggest. I am not responsible for the actions or advice of any other practitioner I refer you to, or for any product you choose to buy.

Nothing in these terms limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Spain.
