What happens next

I reply, usually the same day, with a time that fits us both and a link to pay the €140 fee. Nothing is held until you have.
You get a preparation sheet. The twenty minutes you spend on it are what make the hour worth having.
We meet for 60 minutes on Google Meet or Zoom, whichever you prefer.
A written summary follows within three working days, yours to keep and to show a doctor.
